The incident occurred during the second overtime of an SEC Tournament game as LSU’s Maya Gordon and Ole Miss’s Ramsey Davis were competing for the ball near the touchline.

Gordon tackled Davis before stealing the possession and the Ole Miss junior in a desperate attempt to get the ball back was intercepted by her rival.

The coaches of both teams had to step in to finally break up the fight before the referee moved to red card Davis, Gordon and Noel.

All three players were reportedly given one-game suspensions for their involvement in the fight.
